Delivery & Returns


For Standard Parcels:

Your order will be shipped directly from our merchant partner(s) to you.  When your purchased item(s) has been shipped, MineMine Kids will provide you a shipping confirmation, from which you will be able to track your order at any time.  The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at checkout and depends on the total order amount.   For standard parcel shipments, MineMine Kids uses a flat shipping rate for standard deliveries worldwide – please refer to the chart below:













Standard Parcels are considered any item(s) that can be shipped in standard size and weight packaging, and do not require special packaging, handling and/or truck services.  The majority of these products will include, but not limited to, apparel, shoes, accessories, beauty products, small toys, small home décor and small baby gear items. 

For Non-Standard Items:

Most of these products will include, but not limited to, furniture, medium to large sized baby gear and home décor.  These items require special shipping and handling, and in many cases are eligible for White Glove Service, which can include assembly, as needed. In these cases the customer will be responsible for additional fees. Each product and each customer has specific needs regarding these types of deliveries, so we prefer to help you individually to ensure we can provide the best delivery experience possible!  Please contact us at:  help@mineminekids or 888-98-CUTEKID (982-8835) and we will gladly help you with the completion of your order.


 Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise noted. All custom and “made to order” items will have specific availability schedules. For standard parcel shipments, our merchant partners will ship orders within 2-3 business days. Therefore, your shipment(s) will be delivered to you within 3-7 business days unless otherwise indicated in the shipping information section on the specific product page. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also, please remember not to include weekends or holidays

when calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. For Non-standard items, delivery time will be decided when we determine the specific details and needs of the customer, along with the nature of the product. 



Each purchase is subject to import duties and/or taxes, as required by law.  For purchases and shipments within the USA, MineMine Kids will collect sales tax as applicable on behalf of our merchant partners. These sales taxes will be returned to our merchant partners to pay state sales taxes in accordance with the law.   All customs and duties for products shipped to the USA, will be solely the responsibility of the buyer to pay, as directed by USA Customs and Border Protection. 



Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!  In the event that you require an exchange or return, please contact us at: or 888-98-CUTEKID (982-8835) and we will be happy to help you.  All returns require prior authorization, within 14 days of receipt of purchase – see specific details and complete return process below. Please note that all beauty, furniture, custom or “made-to-order” and specific home décor products are final sale and not eligible for return.  We will gladly replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge, if notified of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the item.

-        All exchanges and returns require prior authorization, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please contact us at or 888-98-CUTEKID (982-8835) to discuss your needs. 

-        Please note that only new, unworn, unwashed items in original condition will be considered for return. When possible, please include original packaging with your return shipment, along with your original sales receipt.

-        Upon approval, MineMine Kids will email you a return label with shipping instructions. You must return the merchandise within 72 hours of receipt of return authorization.

-        Once return shipment is received and inspected by our merchant partner to ensure saleable condition, you will be issued a full refund less return shipping fees, in the form of original payment within 72 hours.  

-        Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.


Should you receive a gift purchased through MineMine Kids and you wish to exchange or return it, please follow the same procedures as above.  All return criteria as stated above applies to gifts as well. If you wish to return the item, we will issue you a gift card to MineMine Kids to be used for future shopping adventures!
