MineMine Kids will ship your order to destinations within the 50 United States and Canada. Currently, we are not offering international shipping options. Your order will be shipped either from our USA warehouse facility or directly from our merchant partner(s) to you. When your purchased item(s) has been shipped, MineMine Kids will provide you a shipping confirmation, from which you will be able to track your order at any time. The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at checkout and depends on the total order amount. MineMine Kids uses a flat shipping rate for standard deliveries within the USA and Canada – please refer to the chart below:

DELIVERY TIME

Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery unless otherwise noted. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Therefore, your shipment(s) will be delivered to you within 3-7 business days unless otherwise indicated in the shipping information section on the specific product page. When calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment, once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information which will guide you as to the delivery timeframe for your order. DUTIES AND TAXES

For purchases within the USA, MineMine Kids will collect sales tax on behalf of our merchant partners as applicable by law. These sales taxes will be forwarded to our merchant partners to pay state sales taxes in accordance with the law. Any order shipping to Canada is subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay, as directed by Canadian law. MineMine Kids holds no responsibility for paying any duties and/or taxes.



RETURNS

All personal care items, for safety reasons and the nature of the products, are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return unless otherwise defective or damaged. Items in our Gift category will be considered for return, if they remain in new, unworn, unwashed and original condition. All exchanges and/or returns require prior authorization, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. When possible, please include original packaging with your return shipment, along with your original sales receipt. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Upon approval, MineMine Kids will email you a return label with shipping instructions. You must return the merchandise within 72 hours of receipt of return authorization.
  • Once return shipment is received and inspected by our warehouse or merchant partner to ensure saleable condition, you will be issued a full refund less return shipping fees, in the form of original payment within 72 hours.
  • Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.

GIFTS

Should you receive a gift purchased through MineMine Kids and wish to exchange or return it, please follow the same procedures as above.  All return criteria as stated above applies to gifts as well. If you wish to return the item, we will issue you a Gift Card to MineMine Kids to be used for future shopping adventures!
